Hello, I have no other way to contact OVH but writing to you. I created a second account because I couldn’t log in in any way with the original one. My email address that I am using for the hubic account I want to change is email@example.com, marilena Kouvidi, athens, greece.
4 years ago I have asked from hubic to terminate the service on my account. I was unaware that the service was still on and I has been charged for the next 4 years. The emails were arriving in my spam folder AND I COULDN’T FIND ANY WAY TO COMMUNICATE TO HUBIC.
Today , I want to continue using my account / storage but I am asking for a compromise on the final amount because of lack of availability to communicate with Hubic, because of the unfortunate spam emails and the difficult economical times you are living in.
