we are sorry for the troubles you are going through.
We noticed some weeks ago, that some server connections from OVH are blocked, which are coming over from France to Germany. The last connection ends at a hop from Host Europe. We don’t know if this is an DNS issue on OVH side or maybe an issue at Host Europe.
This issue affects the registration process for our products.
After several phone calls with the OVH support, we are a little bit stuck on our end. Best thing is, to raise a connection issue ticket directly as OVH customer within their ticket system, to get things resolved quickly.
