Thanks for sharing your feedback. Just an update of what's going on here. We've received an email from OVH Support "Valentin B." and they agreed to look into this with our hosting provider and devs to solve this connection issue. However, I'm abit disappointed that we've yet to hear an official response from OVH support on this forum topic and I'd suggest we keep our conversation/status request here until we know exactly what's going on.
To breakdown what we've found out here ;
OVH IP addresses listed here http://community.ovh.com/t/slider-revolution-bug/28574/18?u=kc_themepunch are mostly blacklisted
OVH Support is requesting us(ThemePunch) to whitelist those blacklisted IP addresses.
In this case, it is actually the case that OVH has to take care of a host and especially its mail server and its security. Whitelisting of servers that are blacklisted as spammers naturally does not take place to protect our server here in ThemePunch.
As a rule, OVH must determine the compromised accounts and block them and, if successful, have them removed by the blacklists. Whether or when this happens can only be influenced there.
This is the regular way, generally valid and unfortunately cannot be avoided.
Furthermore, we are getting lots of questions, if we can recommend a server/hosting provider. We would like to share this article here: [Removed] or contact us via our email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Hope this helps.
