It is from more than 1 month that i am trying to reach support, double payment is done, but support not answering at all. Right now there are 3 tickets they havent at least seen, let alone respond (ticket trail begins from 1 month before).
Today 5 am they sent 2 emails , one which say the succesfully migrated to new data center (and my site dont work anymore because of incompatibility with php version), and the second telling me the account is to be blocked with motive payment (payment is done twice ??? for the same period ??? because they do all manual, with no confirmation i resubmited it thinking it didnt go the first time ??? and account still to be blocked for payment ??).
OVH support, please respond, it is from 1 month i am trying to reach you.
