A full week without a ticket reply - 15323413

It has been one full week without a reply to my ticket requesting the cancellation and refund of an order which hasn’t even gone through yet. I’ve also contacted e-mail support 3 days ago without a reply. This is unacceptable from such a large company like OVH.

I know there have been other cases like this and I hope this topic pushes those people to report their own issues with support, and push support to actually deal with the cases in question.
