Account verification and VAT


I have read many manuals and descriptions for your service, and people say that in order to activate your account and withdraw VAT (in case I am not a resident of the EU), i must send copies of identity documents to
VAT 23%, and if this is really the case, then I am ready to provide my documents.
I don’t quite understand which branch my account is served at and I cannot find the email on the site to contact support (I am not talking about tickets, namely email to send emails)
