I purchased the SYS-5-SAT-32 eco server on it's sale last Saturday, and my payment has gone through, with my bank saying it's waiting for OVH to take it. This hasn't stopped OVH from trying to charge my bank in the morning, with it being denied due to a lack of funds as I have the rest elsewhere.
Everyday in the morning a new order is created on my account with the status "Payment not recieved" as I don't have enough in my bank, even though I've already sent the amount for the server. Do I need to allow them to take a second payment, or are they just scamming me?
Furthermore on top of this, I've created a Support Ticket to try to figure out what they're doing with my server, but have heard nothing back in 4 days since I opened it.
