Backup_segments what is it ? Rsync problems

Hi,

1. I have created archive container named 'backup'
2. I have started rsync -av from my www server
3. After few hours I have found in ovh panel newly created archive container named 'backup_segments'
4. When I try to rsync -av from my server it starts from beginning

What I am doing wrong?
