Billing Support Missing - 48 hours of account wide downtime


OVH once again lost our stored card details.

On this occasion, they decided not to send an email saying they lost them from the portal.

They then decided that when the payment failed, not to email again.

They then decided to suspend the service 13 days later, Invoice Feb 1st, Suspension without notice on 12th.

48 hours in, despite raising a ticket with support, not even a basic reply.

  • We cannot pay any current invoices because the portal rejects our card details
  • We cannot get through to the billing team
  • Its 4:30pm Uk time on a Friday and I suspect no one is gonna look at this.
  • Our customers are baying for blood because our entire infrastructure is offline.
