Cannot receive emails in Outlook 2016 (Hosted Exchange)

I’m new to OVH. I’ve successfully transferred my domains from GoDaddy to OVH. Control panel is green. All good. I can send and receive emails using OVH webmail, however, Outlook 2016 will let me Send, but not receive. I’ve been at this all day. Turned-off my firewall completely. Updated Outlook. Restarted my laptop and Outlook many times. Deleted my email profile, re-synced email, calendars, contacts. When I check webmail, only the new emails are there since I transferred to OVH yesterday - history is only in Outlook, but I it won’t Receive new emails. Any thoughts? I feel like I’ve exhausted everything. When Outlook is open, it says I’m connected to MS Exchange, Online, Folders up-to-date. I can do everything, except receive emails in Outlook. It works perfectly on my Android phone and webmail. I just can’t receive in Outlook on my laptop. Please help. thank you
