Hi,
My VM instance suddenly stopped working, getting the following error in VNC console:

EXT4-fs (vda1): INFO: recovery required on readonly filesystem
EXT4-fs (vda1): write access will be enabled during recovery
EXT4-fs (vda1): recovery complete
EXT4-fs (vda1): mounted filesystem with ordered data mode. Opts: (null)

init: Failed to spawn plymouth-upstart-bridge main process: unable to execute: No such file or directory
EXT4-fs (vda1): Couldn’t remount RDWR because of unprocessed orphan node list. Please unmount/remount instead EXT4-fs (vda1): error count since last fsck: 3

I tried to reboot in rescue mode and unmount /remout the drive according to this instruction, but it seems that in recovery mode vda1 partition is missing.

I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 on VPS-SSD-2, Public Cloud

Here is the output from VNC console after reboot:
!06%20PM|690x384

Please help.
