As all OVH support seems to need me to be logged into my account before I can contact them for help, I’ve had to create a new account just to post on here.
(I’ve tried to contact support by replying to an old support email ticket, but have had no response.)
My actual account is not letting me log in. I get as far as the username/password and then the 2FA that’s set up is refusing to accept the 6 digit code the app is providing.
Please help. Urgently. I’m concerned about a bill I’ve recieved that I don’t recognise and I have cancelled the credit card on file with OVH as a result.
