Hello,
I'm writing here as I have been invoiced to my card for a public cloud instance where I have had active trial credit which would have covered the pro-rata cost until the end of April.
Support request was raised on 27/03/2022 as soon as invoiced. No reply since nor on Twitter support account.
Would someone be able to please help me with waiving these costs, please? Please tell me which info is required as clearly support team seems to be ignoring me even when I am chasing?
Any help would be much appreciated.
