Cost of the mx plans

Does anybody know if the cost of an mx plan is on-off or it is recurrent?
Also, does the full mx plan have unlimited email addresses?

I asked the same to support but after 6 days GO still no response.

The MX Plan is a one-time payment offer.

As long as the domain name linked to the offer is renewed, the mx plan will remain active, without any additional cost.
