Does OVH provide SWIP's? (Shared Whois Project)

Im looking to get 2 SWIP’s (Shared Whois Project) as my current provider doesn’t provide this.

What im needing to do is buy and then use with my other provider, im also needing a UK based IP.

Please can you provide how/where I can buy and how to set these up.

Also can you buy just an IP as I want to use it with an external provider.

I try go to dedicated >> IP >> Add Additional IPs but comes up saying “You don’t have any services available to order.”
