Domain DNS Error

Hello everyone!
I decided to write my problem here since the supports didn’t respond me since 9-03-18.

I bought a domain 07-03-18, usually domain is active within an hour, after more than 100h domain has DNS problem and haven’t been active a single moment. DNS Status says: “Inactive” but in DNS Servers tab, these are “Active”.
Then when I try to set DNS Zone I get an error: “(This domain is already configured on our system)”

Is there any solution, since ovh support is taking a loooong time to even check the support ticket?

What is the domain name? Have you opened a support ticket?

Hi I have exactly the same issue with my domain. Did you solved your issue ?

Contact ovh support, best by calling them, otherwise they can take a loooong time to respond.
