Hello there,
I have been using OVH’s Cloud VPS servic;e for the past few months, and while I have generally been satisfied, I have recently encountered some troubling issues with performance and unexpected downtime.
Over the last few weeks; I have notice;d a significant slowdown in the performance of my VPS; especially during peak traffic hours. Simple tasks that used to take seconds are now dragging on for minutes; and I am seeing higher than usual CPU and RAM usage even though; I have not made any major changes to my configurations. I am particularly concerned because this sluggishness is affecting my website’s responsiveness and, by extension, my business.
I have tried reaching out to OVH support, but the responses I’ve received have been somewhat generic and haven’t addressed the root ;of the issues I am facing. I’m wondering if ;nyone else in the community has experienced similar problems with their Cloud VPS recently.
Also, I have gone through this post; https://community.ovh.com/en/t/my-server-is-inaccessible-for-over-two-days-and-they-just-brushed-off-my-minitab-for-my-files-back/18693 which definitely helped me out a lot.
Thanks in advance for your help and assistance.
