I am new here and I want to host(upgrade) a website. The person who owns the account I am using has a website hosted here. He is not the one who created the account but he told me that he pays regularly for the hosting.
When I reach here https://www.ovh.com/manager/web/index.html#/configuration after logging, I notice that the hosting button(at the left margin of the page) seems to be disabled. So I don’t know if it is disabled because the account has not paid for web hosting or any other reason.
Our Support Team would need to check this, if you log in to your account and raise a ticket they will be able to check the billing situation on the account.
