how to file a complaint against an OVH support agent

Hello, Dear community,

All I want now is to file a complaint against an OVH support agent I had a ticket that now took 2 weeks and no progress the agent is so unprofessional all his responses is we didn't receive the document okay I don't know what I was doing for the 2 weeks before the ticket (I bought a .tn domain they need a form and ID so I filled the form but no response for the 2 weeks only 1 response that I missed signing the form) I was furious because they wasted already 2 weeks then the agent simply told me they didn't receive anything and asked me to send documents and in OVH I can't send files via the ticket the old system you can't and the new system always sends an error so I uploaded the documents the document to google drive and made sure that anyone with the link can see the content, the agent responded simply by that the link is not accessible and I am not that dump I checked 100 times before and after sending the link (even with Incognito session) and asked me to upload them to Pilk okay I uploaded the documents and set 2 days to delete the documents and I told him in the ticket about the 2 days and gess what he/she answered me after the 2 days exactly to tell me that the link is expired (legal document all over the internet so happy to do it to all platforms dose he/she cares ? no) i kept following and waiting by the wai i didn't mention that their replies is by the end of the day to waste more time then he/she created a new ticket and asked me to close the other ticket so every week i have to open a ticket to chat with the OVH agent so pleasant i have nothing to do and yesterday i told them to call me on cell phone to see what's their problem what wasting my time our company website is now on delay of 1 month because of them and guess what today before the end of their shift the phone rang for 5 second by the time i picked they hanged the phone and yes i found a respond on the ticket that they said i was unreachable belive me i responded to the ticket 2 min after of theirs and here we are again wasting time I am so nervous i can't find any where to file a complaint about this stuff silly of me i asked the agent how to file a complaint and he ignored me ofcourse silly me.


Please tell me how to contact OVH in Tunisia the phone number is always unreachable (a large phone call as they said) and I can't find any email to send them the complaint even the live chat only the bot chat.
