Subject : I would like to know if this is possible and if so how to link Microsoft Teams with my OVH SIP numbers ?
I never worked on telephony before. I will try to give you all the information I have :
* My company is in France (in case of it's important)
* My company have a public phone number for the customers (01 xx xx xx xx)
* The customers can call us and the operators will answer and help them (I called "operators" the persons of Customer Service, it's maybe the wrong name)
* For the moment, the call is handle this way :
* The line "01 xx xx xx xx" is an Interactive Voice Server, configured on OVH Telecom Admin
* It plays some recorded messages ("welcome to our customer service", etc)
* Then it forwards the call to another line "01 yy yy yy yy" owns by another company
* Then the other company just forwards the call to all our operators
* Each operators use Communicator and receive the call at the same time (the first operator that answers take the call)
* Communicator is configured with the data given by the other company
In OVH Telecom Admin, I see we have enough SIP number for each of our operators. So I think this configuration can be simplified and we don't need to forward the customer call to the other company.
I took a trial (30 days) for Microsoft Teams Phone System & Calling. In Teams Admin :
* I can connect to an Telecom Operator but OVH is not in the list.
* I can use a "Direct Routing" but I don't know how to configure the Session Border Controller (SBC) of OVH (and if it exists)
* I can add a "phone number" but I didn't find how to configure the OVH SIP number
Did someone already link Microsoft Teams with OVH SIP number ?
