I am a hubic user more than 7 years.
I pay for my account since then…
I face a very serious problem were I cannot sync my files, neither my Backups.
The files are there in hubic cloud but syncfronisation cannot download them.
most of them seem corrupt on Hubic servers…!!!
Please advise how to get my files.
To whom, which authority I have to address the problem.
