If we upgrade ovhcloud vps will the server reset?

I use my server to host website. If I upgrade the presentation, will the data on my server be deleted?

Do you mean if you upgrade, for example, to more vCores or more RAM?
Your virtual machine image remains intact, only the properties of your hardware will be changed to the plan you have chosen. No data will be lost.

However, it’s always a good idea to make backups on a regular basis.
