I'm getting the OVH page instead of my index page

Hi,
I purchased a domain and web hosting package, I can access the FTP where the site is hosted and edit the files. I uploaded a new index.html for the site but the default OVH is still showing when I visit the page.
I’m not sure what else need to be change in order to have my index.html be show on the site?
