Recently (12/26/2022) I've ordered a vsp starter plan with this same email. However, the next day, my account was inaccessible with the following message: "Invalid Account ID or password". I tried the password reset procedure, but no email arrived. I tried to recreate my account and succeeded today, but there is no trace of my purchase, even though you charged me! I would like an urgent solution or I will have to inform the bank that this is a fraud.
