IP OVH in blacklists

In the last few days I have serious problems sending emails with the MX PRO service.
Many emails come back with the following errors:

550 mail from 79.137.123.219 refused by SpamCop, see http://www.spamcop.net

<****.***@.com>: host mailservice1.sedoc.it[188.213.163.157]
said: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [79.137.123.219] blocked
by RBL; Blocked - see https://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?79.137.123.219 (in

OVH assistance reply:

I have reported the IP indicated to our administrators; they will investigate the cause and contact the referral provider asking for removal from the blacklist.

However, I remind you that the IP addresses used by our email services are changed frequently to avoid these inconveniences as much as possible.
However, this problem could also continue for the next few days; if it still exists, do not hesitate to create a new support request.

If you want an email service that does not use shared IPs, the only solution available on OVH is the Private exchange:
https://www.ovhcloud.com/it/emails/private-exchange/

I think this’s unacceptable.
A PRO service dedicated to companies cannot have these problems.
What do you think about it?
