Can anyone help me as im pulling my hair out. I have had a billing system installed on my vps who do this regularly and also a website hosted on the same vps. Godaddy have pointed the domain to the ip address of the vps but whenever i try to connect to the website or the admin panel for billing system installed on vps via internet explorer i get the following
This site can’t be reached theultimatemedia.co.uk refused to connect.
http://51.210.46.135/admin/ refused to connect which is my billing system
i can connect using putty and login and things can be installed but just cannot connect to anything via internet explorer.
Im new to this but ive searched and searched for a reason but cannot find anything. The company who installed the parts are very confident its all done correctly and an issue vps side
