I don’t know how to solve the current situation anymore. I placed an order for a KS-4 on 8/11, today is 19/11 and still no sign.
The identity verification is still in progress, and despite regular open tickets and promises that the order would be fulfilled quickly, I see no progress.
I’ve been an OVH customer since 2013… and this situation tends to make me think that OVH is clearly not the company I knew in the past.
Has anyone ever experienced such long delivery times?
Have you found a way to contact Kimsufi in a more efficient way than these useless tickets?
