I hope someone can help me with this because it’s driving me crazy.
I have 3 ips I wanna use on a Proxmox VM. I’ve assigned 3 interfaces to it and setup the macaddresses from OVH panel to each interface for the IPs.
I’m running Ubuntu 18.04 server. I’m using netplan to setup the ips, but whatever I do, I can only get one of the IP working. if I comment the other interfaces, I can get all of the IP working, but only one at a time. I need some serious help in what is suppose to go into the netplan config.
Proxmox IP: 188.8.131.52
My virtual machines IP I wanna configure:
184.108.40.206 (ens18) (mac: 02:00:00:d0:f5:01)
220.127.116.11 (ens21) (mac: 02:00:00:aa:6b:03)
18.104.22.168 (ens22) (mac: 02:00:00:32:24:39)
the last two are on it’s own block while the first is on another block.
My netplan with one working at a time looks like this:
network: version: 2 renderer: networkd ethernets: ens18: addresses: [ 22.214.171.124/24 ] gateway4: 126.96.36.199 nameservers: addresses: [ 188.8.131.52,184.108.40.206 ] search: ens19: addresses: [ 192.168.1.10/24 ] ens20: addresses: [ 192.168.100.10/24 ] ens21: addresses: [ 220.127.116.11/24 ] gateway4: 18.104.22.168.254 nameservers: addresses: - "22.214.171.124" - "126.96.36.199" ens22: addresses: [ 188.8.131.52/24 ] gateway4: 184.108.40.206.254 nameservers: addresses: - "220.127.116.11" - "18.104.22.168"
Any help would be appreciated, because I’ve tried it all, and I really can’t get it working.
