Non response for support tickets

I have sent several support requests over an urgent billing request with absolutely no response. Out website is inaccessible due to OVH’s inaction.

It seems to me a service company can be judged on the quality of its technical support.

So my question is : Can anyone think of a good reason to continue using OVH ? or should I simply write them off as not interested and use a company who pride themselves on support.
