I ordered a Kimsufi Server on the 16th of April. This order (146783492) is still not activated. Neither the technical support (CS2153127) nor billing support nor sales support can help regarding this.
I’m lost in the OVH jungle and every time I call I’m told it should not take this long but they do not know which group/team is responsible for this and I never hear back.
Could someone please be so kind and look into this order or point me into the right direction to have this resolved.
