Over a week, no order update


Hi, I made an order more than week ago on kimsufi, paid the invoice then was asked for my ID documents which i replied and sent - i still have no update and nobody is replying to my tickets - anybody know how i can contact?


I too have not got any response on my order since providing my documentation and have since lost my website domain to a parking bot while processing the order. No response on my ticket for over two and a half weeks. I’m actually shocked by OVH and upset I lost my domain. Been a loyal customer for years, so confused what to do now. Any status update at this point would be welcomed, even if its a confirmation on the loss of my domain they can no longer process since a parking bot stole it. I guess their busy but after seeing so many other people having the same issue, I’m reluctantly adding my own to highlight the issue further.
