OVH Domain registrar

Hi,

I wanted to check if OVH is using snapnames to handle certain domains?
Specifically .ist domain,

I spoke to a support rep at OVH, said I got an email from gandi to transfer the domain to snapnames and he said I should accept this.

Anyone else experince transfering domain to OVH?
