Packet loss that has been going on for days


Hello everyone,

I didn’t touch any settings. But packet loss started. This situation will repeat itself 3 times already. Why can’t this be corrected?

All the time tech support solved this problem. Now I can not get an answer for more than a day! This is tin! My clients are complaining, but I can’t get in touch with support.
If someone from the manual is reading this, I beg you - fix this problem
