Payment problems

I registered a new credit card and every time I want to make a purchase I get an error message. However, the payment is accepted by my bank but it seems that OVH generates a bug that makes it not valid. I opened a ticket on July 15th but still no answer from the billing department. Do other people also have problems with payment validation? Please note that my card is registered as a default payment.
