I bought an Advance-1 Gen 2 server with a 300 account CPanel license, but now I have it full and I need more licenses.
I opened a ticket 2 days ago, and OVH hasn’t upgraded my license. I asked directly to CPanel, and they can’t upgrade it unless I first cancel the license with OVH.
I’m moving all my accounts from an old server to this new one, so I need to finish this before the end of February, so I can cancel the previous server.
How can I get quick help for this? The chat on the website doesn’t work.
