I open tickets you ask me to reply accept or reject i reply , reject and you closing the tickets

You closed the ticket without someone to reply accept, i replied reject, so i open it again a new one.

i did but i cant ask to unblock the ip 22.214.171.124 because for verification they ask me an email where they will send me athe verification and the emails are the followings
i dont own these emails what should i do ?
