I purchased a OVH Rise-LE3 server on the 1st of October.
On the 2nd I was contacted to submit documents which I did within a few hours.
Today is the 5th and I’ve yet to receive any response from them. I have purchased the server elsewhere now due to the ultimate delay (advertised delivery time; 120s while the time taken so far has been 5 days).
When I try to cancel my order, I get “An error has occurred during the cancellation of your order. (Internal server error)”.
My ticket # is 9968537378 and has been unanswered since 48 hours.
I’m unable to get in touch to even request a cancellation at the moment. What would be the solution here?
