Server crashing, ticket not answered


Our server has just crashed for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. Tickets are being automatically generated, but as i replied to one of them with “REJECT” and then asked for more info, there was no reply.

On today’s crash, I have looked at windows event log, and there’s an entry: WHEA-Logger: A fatal hardware error has occurred. A record describing the condition is contained in the data section of this event.

Is there somewhere I can call besides sales?
