Hello and thank you in advance. I received an email saying that my server has been hacked and contact to support. Already answered the email, also open a ticket.
Tried to reach support by phone even trying to pay the 300$ premium support to have this done ASAP but it’s not possible anymore.
Any chance that OVH can give me a solution to this? Already payed +600$ to other sys admins that tried to help me during the night with no solution because it’s blocked by OVH.
Also waiting for months to have a FTP backup server as I ordered long ago.
