We're a UK company with employees in various countries across the world, including in France. We've recently deployed a 3CX system for all of our employees but one of the requirements of the system is that our French employee has a French phone number. This is proving to be difficult due to address verification and most SIP providers don't offer numbers for where she lives (Le Poinçonnet).
The question is, would it be possible to order a SIP line from OVH Telecom and hook it up to our 3CX system so that calls can be made and received, with the number originating in France?
I'm assuming that, if we ask our employee to register for OVH telecom and enter her details, we'd be able to get a line but the important thing is that it goes through our 3CX system for reporting purposes.
