SPAM emails : what to do?

OVH is hefberging 2 of my mails,
Every mail I send is received as SPAM
Really Urgently need help

Do you manage your mail server yourself?
Or use the OVH one?

First of all, there is no guaranteed mechanism that will deliver your email with certainty to the various popular email services (Gmail,Yahoo, etc.).
Each of them uses various signals to determine spam-ness of email and it may trap legit emails.
They use different signals and provide reputation to the IP_Address of the server from which mail is received & of course email content is being checked.
if your emails are being delivered in the spam folder

  1. You should try to change the IP of the server
  2. Change template of email and make sure it doesn’t look spammy
