SSL Certificate Creating

I tried to get a SSL certivicate from lets encrypt.
On my former host this was a 2 second job.
It is still creating 24 hours later!
There is NO HELPDESK! I created a ticket, but the only reply I got 10 hours later was that they think it is working.

If you are facing any issue to activating SSL certificate by your hosting then You can use cloud flare. Clod flare is one of the best option to activate SSL. There are many websites such as richest football clubs who activated their SSL with the help of cloud flare.
