I have purchased a Bare Metal Server. It’s been 4 days that submitting several ticket and reminder and OVH is not responding to my tickets! why?

Do you guys have the same experiences? I am not able to setup and use my server due to lack of additional IPs I have requested and paid 3 days ago!

Why is no one answer the phones also?!

This is really amazing and surprising.
