I was trying to set up vsftpd on my VPS.
All went well till I tried uploading files from my local machine via FileZilla.
For some reason it was unable to effect the transfer of each file.
Fearing it was a permissions issue, I exited my SSH connection to the Ubuntu server and then tried to reconnect to it via SSH connection to the admin account.
This failed and all subsequent attempts to connect to any account on the Ubuntu server were also timed out.

I though reinstalling the OS was the simplest way out of this.
This process went quickly. My OVH server was visible on the Bare Metal Cloud tab and the domain name associated with it on the Web Cloud tab. All my old DNS Zone and DNS Servers settings remained as they had been prior to my OS reinstall.
But the problem is that the VPS is not yet capturing the associated domain name - as can be seen by the blank "Server Not Found" web page when I surf to that domain name.
DNSSEC has been enabled but this has changed nothing - at least so far.

Is there a time delay before my VPS will start to recapture HTTP requests for the domain name linked to it ?

Or have I other configurations to make before my browser obtains the test-card page for the domain ?
