Dear all,

Some of our Hosted Private Cloud solutions have been launched more than 5 years ago, and it is time for those solutions to be replaced by more recent and up-to-date solutions. Therefore, as part of their lifecycle, we have decided to discontinue the “Dedicated Cloud” services. The decommissioning of those services will happen on July 31, 2022, and we encourage you to migrate to a more recent Hosted Private Cloud solution based on VMware® before that date. In any case, you must back up any data contained in those services before that date, as it will be permanently erased during the decommissioning.

This step is important for your VMware platforms, as it strive to improve the quality, the performance, and the security of the service, and therefore, of your clusters. Indeed, "Dedicated Cloud" hardware used pre-2017 does not allow us to provide the best level of service and integration with new modern architectures of VMware.

Key dates associated with the Dedicated Cloud offerings:

* New vDC feature for migration will be rolled out in batches between November 3, 2021, and January 31, 2022
* End of growth for options: February 28, 2022 (additional host and datastore);
* End of life: July 31, 2022.

Your migration in 4 key steps:

Our teams are ready to guide you to choose a more recent solution to migrate your clusters on, and to assist you for your migration through Professional Services, and we remain available to answer your questions.

Best regards
