Please help as I am in big trouble and it seems the support team is ignoring my tickets.
I have one of the critical VPS for my business that got suspended as I forget to renew… this was for two hours only as I settle the payment immediately after I read the email.
However, the payment is processed, I got the invoice but still the VPS is not accessible… I raised a ticket, after four hours the support assigned the ticket and asked me to run in rescue mode…
I rebooted in Rescue mode but I didn’t get the email about temporary credentials…
I used KVM and noticed the server still in rescue mode and not responding… what to do in this situation?
Any option to restart and disable the rescue mode?
