What wrong with your singapore branch ? They always loosing my payments

One year ago i ordered a dedicated server in singapore. Made a payment, and then i was waiting for a month while my payment is found. Now i try to renew my service.
Payment was made on 28 of april 2020. But 3 of May i got an e-mail that my service is suspended and my bill is not paied. What is happening ? Who is responsible for my losses of money and data ?
Order #125476883 is paied with bank transfer. I can send a bank details of payment.
