Why is OVH charging me twice in 2 weeks, when previously it was monthly


Please explain why OVH have suddenly taken the 29.99 euros TWICE in 2 weeks (end of April and mid May), when the charges are monthly and always at the end of the month?

Also, why do they not respond to my support requests which I leave on line in 2 languages since their web site is in 2 languages, French and English, mixed on the same website pages.

Please can you raise a support ticket and DM me the ticket number so I can take a look into this for you?
In regards to the correct language to use, it will depend which subsidiary you are registered with.
