Transformer une boite mail en alias

Bonjour
Je dispose d'un serveur exchange private pour mon entreprise. J'ai créée un boite mail X@domaine.com et un alias y@domaine.com qui pointe vers la boite mail. Je voudrai modifier et faire l'inverse. Je pensais supprimer l'alias et la boite mail mail X@domaine.com et recréée une boite y@domaine.com avec comme alias x@domaine.Com.
Pourrais je archiver l'ancienne boite et garder mes mails ?

oui c'est possible il suffit de bien faire les choses dans l'ordre.
