finish the installation and ssh into your server. then run "fdisk -l" and "df" and "cat /proc/mdstat" post. You will see everything is fine.

"/" (=root) partition seems to be Raid1, which is nice. About the home partition, you are telling him to be Raid 0. If that does not work or install just choose Raid 1 and ssh into your server as root. You can always umount /home, destroy the Raid 1 on home and setup a new raid 0 and mount it on home and adjust /etc/fstab for automatic mounting.

I use this http://www.ducea.com/2009/03/08/mdadm-cheat-sheet/ to look up the right commands, when dealing with Raid.

Oh sorry, I mangled raid0/1 in my head. I think some images will offer a selection when installing - so reinstallation should work. Or install from rescue, e.g. via debootstrap. You're free to set it up as you want, then.

Have kimsufi 2x500 GB and when i installing system tit was not default raid0, but raid1.
How to connect 2 hdd? Must reinstall system in kimsufi panel and add new partition or what?

That's not a hardware issue (except for the case that your server only has 1 harddisk, but that problem isn't going to get solved here)
Either install it with raid0 from the start (that's the default!) or use mdadm from the running system or rescue system. Warning: Keeping data while pushing a raid under an existing filesystem needs major admin-foo!
